To register and maintain an account on 18jli, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling, including but not limited to jurisdictions where 18jli is not licensed to operate.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 18jli, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 18jli Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 18jli reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 18jli username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 18jli immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 18jli shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

18jli is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of this commitment, we may require you to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method, before processing withdrawals or at any other time we deem necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All transactions on the 18jli Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and applicable conversion fees may apply.

18jli currently supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your 18jli account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash deposits are typically credited within seconds.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with our KYC procedures. 18jli reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately in your account balance.

18jli offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• 18jli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.

All games available on the 18jli Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

18jli uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to their respective regulatory oversight.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 18jli Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity theft.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable AML/CTF laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 18jli staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measures implemented by 18jli.

All content on the 18jli Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of 18jli or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 18jli.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 18jli, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

18jli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 18jli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

18jli is committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

18jli is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We offer a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

18jli reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
